Lior Zalmanson

Lior Zalmanson is a researcher, new media artist, and writer for stage and screen, whose works focus on digital culture and the information society.
Lior is the founder and artistic director of Print Screen Festival, Israel's digital culture festival (, and a senior lecturer at Tel Aviv University where he researches engagement and commitment of users in digital environments. As a researcher he has won grants and awards from the Fulbright foundation, Dan David Prize, Google, Marketing Science Institute, Caesarea Rothschild Foundation and Social Informatics SIG. Prior to his work in Tel Aviv, Lior was a lecturer at New York University. In 2016, Lior has been appointed a research fellowship at the Metropolitan Museum Media Lab. He has written for publications such as Wired UK and MIT Sloan Review and advised dozens of new media artists and events.
