Conference registration

Registration will be open from 9 am on Thursday and Friday (26 and 27 September) in the foyer of the Iluzjon Cinema and will be open throughout the day.

Location

The conference will be held 26-27 September in the Iluzjon Cinema.
The workshops will be held on 28 September in various locations – see the location page to find out more.

Will the event be recorded?

Yes, the event will be recorded. The materials will be published on the website www.digitalcultures.pl

Registration for workshops

Applications for the workshops will be made using forms that will be available on Monday, September 2. Information about that will be posted on the website and on the event’s facebook page.

Due to the high number of requests, we are not able to accept all applications. The organiser will decide on admission to workshops on the basis of the registration form. The order of registrations does not determine admission. You don't need to have a DC ticket. Workshops are free of charge.

Registration for expert stands

Registration for expert tables takes place via the Digital Cultures application, available in GooglePlay store and AppleStore.

To sign up:

  • you must be logged in to the application
  • enter the Programme and registration tab
  • choose the Expert tables agenda
  • add the selected time to your day plan.

You must purchase a ticket to participate in talks with experts.

Registration for accompanying event - VR Showcase

Registration for the VR showcase takes place via the Digital Cultures application, available in GooglePlay store and AppleStore.

To sign up:

  • be logged in to the application
  • enter the Program and registration tab
  • choose the VR Showcase agenda
  • add the selected VR to the daily schedule.
    The VRs are added hourly. Each individual VR has a different hourly limit. More details in the descriptions.

Note - Gymnasia - as a leading conference installation, no prior registration required!

Participation does not require a ticket to the Digital Cultures conference.
VR Showcase is free of charge.

Detailed programme

What is the language of the conference?

The conference will be held partly in English and partly in Polish; headphones with interpretation into the other of the two languages will be available in both halls (in the smaller hall by request).

Lunch and coffee breaks

The ticket includes a lunchbox with cold snacks, as well as unlimited hot coffee. The Cafe Iluzja restaurant will be operating during the conference.
