Dana Dansereau

Producer for the National Film Board of Canada's Digital Studio. He oversees the production and ideation of many of its core projects. He has recently completed Gymansia the first full immersive 360 stop motion VR animation. Following its Tribeca Film Festival debut, Gymnasia is being shown across the globe, including Korea, Italy, Canada, Poland and others. He also produced Canadian Screen Award winning VR experience Biidaaban: First Light, the Webby Award winning short video OK Google and the genre defining interactive documentary, Bear 71. His years of experience as a creative technologist in the advertising industry combined with his artistic background make his expertise invaluable in creating world leading interactive experiences.

Previously, Dana was the Creative Technologist and Technical Director at Dare / Cossette one of Canada's preeminent interactive advertising agencies. Some notable projects include the 2010 Olympic's first social media sharing website - CanadaCode, a social media portal for McDonalds Crew - StationM and numerous award winning advertising web experiences. He also has a Master's Degree in Fine Arts – New Media from the University of Western Ontario.
